As an IT Automation Engineer, Tyler is able to effectively utilize his analytical and technical skills to provide solutions for businss requirements. His strong business background and ITIL training allows him to adequately communicate between business and IT functions with a common language. He is very familiar with SCRUM framework and methodology and actively uses it for many personal and company projects. Tyler is currently certified as a Certified Systems Administrator for ServiceNow. A large amount of his ServiceNow experience resides in custom application development.
