A Few Accomplishments

• Implemented a customized Altiris Asset Management suite for a financial institution which streamlined their procurement process, saving tens of thousands in work hours.
• Experience working with over 50 organizations in regards to assessing, designing, implementing, remediating, and training around the Altiris IT Management Suite.
• Experience in managing an IT environment of over 300 users across 20 offices, including servers, workstations, phone systems, databases, and internal websites.
• Multiple projects implemented Altiris Client Management Suite with various international organizations, coordinating software deployment, imaging, inventory and patching on a global scale.
• Resolved numerous critical Altiris Client Management Suite issues onsite at one of the largest telecomm companies in Saudi Arabia.
• Implemented a complete Altiris ITMS system for a logistics company in Pittsburgh.
• Implemented an imaging solution at a military training organization in Pensacola which reduced their re-imaging time by over 50%.
• Provided extensive training on the Altiris Client Management Suite for a school system in the Atlanta area.
• Created custom Altiris security roles for a paper manufacturing company in western Canada.
• Assisted in assessing and designing ITAM processes at a medical research company in San Diego.
