Ben is an Automation Consultant who specializes in ITSM.  While much of his work is focused on the ServiceNow platform, he also carries out discovery for and development of tool-agnostic business processes in areas including change management, asset management, and security/access management. His work in ServiceNow has centered around custom application development and the ITSM mainstays of request, knowledge, incident, problem, and change management.  This work includes the implementation of automation designed to fit the specific needs of his clients and their business processes, and the development of said processes if necessary.  His projects have varied in size from a few weeks and the implementation of one process, to more than 25 weeks and the implementation of more than 30 independent processes, and he is familiar working with a number of development ideologies.
