Eric is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems. He has had eight years working experience in the Information Technology field. He holds several certifications from Microsoft to Symantec and he specializes in IAITAM Consulting with a background in Endpoint Management. Eric has had consulting experience in various industries encompassing Manufacturing, Restaurant, Education, Health Care, Government, and Real Estate. His experience is primarily implementing the Symantec IT Management Suite which includes Client Management, Server Management and IT Asset Management. He has done multiple engagements upgrading and/or migrating current systems to the latest Symantec Management Platform environment. Eric is well versed in Patch Management, Software Delivery, PC Anywhere, Inventory and Deployment Solutions. He has successfully completed several Windows 7 and 8.X Hardware Independent Imaging engagements. Eric continuous to grow his experiences and certifications within IAITAM.

A Few Accomplishments

• Consulted with over 40 public and private customers from almost every sector to perform Designs, Implementations and Health Checks.
• Implemented Symantec’s Endpoint Management Solution which includes Client, Asset, Server and Mobile on various small to large enterprises while maintaining customer expectations and scope creep.
• Delivered a unique consulting experience via remote and onsite up to 90 percent travel via Sunday through Friday.
• Leveraged automation capabilities of the tool to build notification for over/under utilization of License Counts, License Expiration, and new purchase orders for better asset control.
• Experienced to customization efforts to adapt ITAM technology to meet the client requirements for custom attributes for Configuration Items and Assets, as well as in building integrations from external data sources.
• Provided industry examples of Imaging, Patch and Software Lifecycles in order to create a unique process that would increase the amount of control over images, Patches and Software being deployed by the tool.
• Created detailed documentation support of the tool implementation, as well as reference and ‘how-to’ guides. Instructed live demos of the platform in front of all levels of IT for educational and informational purposes.
• Managed over a combined total of three hundred thousand endpoints including servers, clients and mobile devices.
• Delivered over 20 weeks of services in a single Engagement Designing, Implementing and Configuring IT Management Suite.
