Adam Eaddy is an ITIL certified and Microsoft Solutions Expert who focuses on Endpoint Management with a focus on Image Creation and Deployment. With over 15 years in the industry, Adam has spent 7 of those years in Healthcare and 9 years working specifically with Microsoft Configuration Manager, though he is proficient with various endpoint management platforms.  He has a strong background in Windows OS deployment and customization with multiple products including Microsoft Configuration Manager, Altiris Deployment Solution, and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit. Adam has experience in both desktop and server deployment, though the majority of his experience has been focused on desktop management and configuration.  Adam is highly knowledgeable on other key aspects of Productive Systems Management as well, such as:

• Implemented a Configuration Manager 2012 environment for a global company spanning over 30 locations worldwide.
• Implemented a Configuration Manager 2012 environment on a Big Ten college campus that included Internet Based Client Management
• Migration of multiple K-12 school systems from Configuration manager 2007 to Configuration manager 2012
• Setup and configured a Configuration Manager 2012 R2 environment for a large Healthcare provider
• Setup and configured an Internet Based Configuration Manager 2012 implementation for a client who has devices located within their clients’ internal network, allowing them to manage and maintain the devices
• Setup configuration manager for a small client to manage quad boot systems (4 Windows Operating Systems per workstation.) to manage upgrades to each unique Windows environment remotely.
• Configured Windows deployment jobs using Altiris Deployment Solution for over 20 clients including Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 deployments.
