We are excited to bring you the next generation of our ITS Jamf Integration!

Version 2.3.0 is focused on making it easier than ever to automate Jamf Remote Management Commands from ServiceNow by adding pre-built Jamf Flow Designer Actions and more granular roles so you can be selective about which ServiceNow users have access to each command. The Flow Actions make it so even your citizen developers can build out no-code Jamf Flows, like automatically locking Apple computers when they’re reported stolen and wiping Macbooks during HR offboarding/onboarding workflows.

This release is packed with new features and enhancements designed to streamline the User Experience of managing Apple devices from ServiceNow. As an Elite ServiceNow Partner and Independent Software Vendor, we certify our integrations with the ServiceNow Store to ensure performance and compatibility with each new ServiceNow release.

  • Version 2.3.0: Release adds more granular role-based access controls, such as providing granular access to Remote Management Suite commands. Additionally, the ability to perform Remote Management Suite commands is now available as Flow Designer Actions, so you can easily integrate and perform these Actions into your automated Flows.
  • New in Version 2.2.0: Release adds the ability to specify a Device Lock Message when sending a Device Lock Remote Management Command. The message is stored in the Remote Management History table, along with the lock code, target device, and ServiceNow user who initiated the request, to persist an audit trail. Customers have requested this feature, but it was previously not available in the API, so we are happy to finally be able to roll it out!
